I'm a Florida native and have lived in Jacksonville since I was five years old. I married the boy-next-door, Don, and we have two beautiful children, Alex and Taylor, who look just like me (NOT)!
Continuing the legacy instilled by my mother as a young girl, I volunteered for years in the preschool ministries of my churches. In April, 2002, I answered God's call to preschool ministry and came on staff at Chets. I have a deep desire to help prepare the minds and hearts of young children so that in the future they can truly understand what it means to have Jesus as their Savior. I am incredibly thankful to be part of a team who are Building Kids for Eternity.
When I'm not busy with my family, home and church, you might see me taking Alex to a sporting event or Taylor shopping, but my all-time favorite spot to be is on the beach with a good book!
