Thank you for signing up to serve to serve at this year’s Hodges Campus Eggstravaganza on Saturday, April 4!
We could not host this community event without you!
Here’s what you need to know about serving on Saturday morning…
Please continue to pray for Eggstravaganza and our Easter services. Ask God to bless our efforts and for families to come. Most of all, we pray that He would be glorified as we celebrate the resurrection!
It’s never too late to invite people! You can share the web site EasterAtChets.com for all of the details about Eggstravaganza and Easter services.
Please wear one of our blue “Serve Team” shirts. Many of you have them from Eggstravaganza or IMPACT JAX in the past. If you do not have one, we will a limited supply of shirts available on Saturday morning. You can also wear an older Eggstravaganza shirt or just a blue shirt.
If you are volunteering during the first shift (8:30-10:45am), please meet us in the Students Wing of the church at 8:30am on Saturday morning. We will have a light breakfast, you will receive your volunteer name tag, and we’ll go over everything that you need to know for the morning.
If you are scheduled to serve during the second shift (10:45am to 1:00pm), please arrive by 10:30am and go to the Volunteer Tent to check-in and receive your name tag. The Volunteer Tent will be located next to the green picnic pavilion at Chets Creek Elementary School (we will have one of our tall “welcome” flags there). You will need to be at your volunteer position by 10:45am. To get through the event entrance, just let the registration team know that you’re a volunteer arriving for the second shift.
To help save the best parking spaces for our guests, volunteers are asked to please park near the Hodges Blvd entrance (southeast parking lot) of the church.
You can click here to view our Eggstravaganza map that will help you see where everything is going to be.
Click here to find your Eggstravaganza volunteer assignment. We did our best to place you in the position that you requested. We are also human and make mistakes sometimes - thanks in advance for your forgiveness if we got something wrong. If you have any questions about your assignment or if you are no longer able to serve, please contact Mark Smith (352.870.7708).
Again, thank you for your willingness to serve our community. We’re so excited to celebrate Easter with you this weekend!
