Hope Center
Welcome to the Hope Center
Located in the heart of one of Jacksonville’s most diverse neighborhoods, the Hope Center is more than just a building—it’s a place of compassion, connection, and community. As part of Chets Creek Church’s Southside Campus, the Hope Center was created to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of our neighbors, with a special focus on reaching international families in the area.
Here, we offer English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, monthly food distributions, and a welcoming space for our growing language fellowships—including African, Burmese, and Cambodian.
As an official North American Mission Board (NAMB) Affiliate, the Hope Center also serves as a home base for mission teams who come to serve and share the love of Christ across Northeast Florida. In partnership with NAMB, the Hope Center works to strengthen our community, care for refugees, protect children and families, fight human trafficking, and provide crisis relief. Whether you’re here to lend a hand or receive one, the Hope Center exists to multiply hope in our city—one relationship at a time.
Meet Greg + Grace Kynast
After years of serving on the international mission field in Asia and Nicaragua, we’re thrilled that God has called Grace and Greg back to the Jacksonville area. We’re even more excited that they’re joining our team to lead the ministry of the Hope Center and oversee our ministry to internationals across all of our campuses.
