ChetsKids Elementary Summer Camp is a life-changing week for 3rd, 4th, & 5th graders. This summer, kids will have a blast at CentriKid Camps at Brewton-Parker College in Mount Vernon, Georgia.
Summer Camp is a high-energy, intentional, gospel-centered overnight camp. The mission is to help kids experience the time of their lives and learn more about the message of Jesus Christ. This takes place through track-times, rec, worship, Bible study, church group time, and a variety of other fun events.
At camp, kids can expect to make lifelong friendships, rock out to awesome music, play crazy games, and grow closer to God!
If you register before February 15th, a $75 “Deposit Match” Pink4John Scholarship will be awarded to your child’s account. Register before Pink4John Sunday to get the scholarship!
COST:
$485 - includes all transportation, lodging, food, and activities.
Please note, registering before February 15th makes your child eligible for the Pink4John “Deposit Match” Scholarship. This would be a $75 scholarship awarded to your child’s account. Register before Pink4John Sunday to get the scholarship!
PAYMENT DEADLINES:
Due at registration: $75 Deposit (Total - $75)
March 23: 2nd $75 Payment (Total - $150)
April 20: 3rd $75 Payment (Total - $225)
June 1: Total Camp Payment Due (Total $485)
REFUND POLICY:
After March 1, no refunds on deposits or transfer of funds available. All cancellations after May 1 will incur an additional $75 cancellation fee.

April 4 - Hot Dog Fundraiser (Southside)
April 12 - Donut Fundraiser (Hodges, Palm Valley)
Various Dates/No Date - Treat Fundraiser (Southside)

FORMS
In preparation for camp, all participants (kids and volunteers attending camp) must fill out two forms! One form is directly from CentriKid and the other is for our church. See below for more in-depth explanation of the instructions. All forms are due June 20th. If you need help, please reach out to chetskids@chetscreek.com and we will get back to you within our office hours (Monday - Wednesday, 8:30am - 4:30pm).
CHETS MEDICAL WAIVER
To attend any church trip, you will need to fill out a simple medical release form for your child as their guardian. If you are a volunteer attending camp, you will fill it out for yourself. See this form below!
CENTRIKID WAIVER & TRACK TIME FORM
To fill out the CentriKid Waiver and Track Time form, first navigate to the website (linked below), find the button that reads “Request a waiver and release form,” input our registration ID number (97438), and fill out the necessary information.
At the end of the waiver, there is a Track Time form. Track Times are things your child does in their pastime at camp. Here is the list of track time options to discuss with your child for our camp location. If you are a volunteer, you will not have this option.
